30 original illustrations representing the iconic brand's free spirit and sophisticated personality can now be viewed for a limited time at the Soho Flagship Gallery of Custo Barcelona. Before heading to New York, this exhibition was inaugurated in Barcelona.
With an archive of more than 30,000 graphics used in collections during the 25 years of Custo Barcelona’s history, selecting these graphics has been an emotional ride.
This unique exhibition shows the importance of graphic design as “Leit motiv” that together with color and the mix of fabrics, make up the character of Custo Barcelona.

With a presence in more than 40 countries, Custo Barcelona is expanding to other markets. Custo has recently opened new stores in cities like London and Medellin, Colombia. Custo continues presenting his work each season at the New York Fashion Week. In 1997 he became the first Spanish designer to step on this runway.
To celebrate the opening of this exhibition at the Custo Gallery in New York, ten styles of t-shirts have been produced with Custo Dalmau’s famous graphic prints. Also several lithographs reproduced in a very limited amount, will be available for purchase. Custo fans around the world have the opportunity to take home a piece of art that has inspired many contemporary designers.
